- The Maniax Alumnus won the Heatwave Championships 9-8 over Central Combined, in tough, hard-fought game. Seminole MS Elite took the Middle School crown. The Maniax enjoyed their most successful National trip to date, the 2009 National Team made the playoffs in Champions Cup, and the 2011-2012 National Team went undefeated over 2 tournaments! Lax Maniax teams won the U17 and U15 A Divisions at the Bagataway Southeastern Championships, 2 titles in a row, Congrat Maniax!

    Hey Maniax! Congratulations on having a tradition of success against the "non-traditional" areas of lacrosse. While a team from Florida might be classified as non-traditional area, here are the facts:
    Summer 2008 at National Tournaments (IWLCA Champions and Capitol Cups)
    Lax Maniax 9-0 vs Teams from Non-Traditional areas
    Combined score in games: 119-42 (Lax Maniax vs. Competition)
    Also, the 2009 National Team tied CC Lax Red 5-5 at Capitol Cup, a great moment for our club
    The Bottom Line: By the end of the recruiting season this year, more than 72 alumni from the Lax Maniax will be playing NCAA lacrosse

    Coach Mindy and Coach Paul, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate our program and all of the help you've given to me and my fellow Maniax. I've improved drastically, so much that I have made Lake Brantley's Varsity Team! I am so much more confident in my skills, and I actually have a left hand now! I feel like I'm a step ahead of the game, and I know things that improve my game, and that helps me stand out. I really appreciate your tips, time, and effort, as well as the other coaches. The Maniax, as the other girls say, is like a family now. I feel comfortable playing with everyone, and I know each time I come out to a practice that I'm going to improve as a lax player and as a person.
