Director of Education
Division II (Adelphi University) and I (Presbyterian College) lacrosse player at the collegiate level. Member of Adelphi Universities 2014 National Championship Team. Currently holds the Big South Conference Record for most goals scored in a single game.
When I'm not coaching lacrosse, I can be found coaching CrossFit or competing in the Florida Grid League as a barbell specialist.

Arriving 15 minutes early is "on time". Arriving "on time" is late.

I played at Messiah College and received all conference and all region honors my junior and senior year for attack. Also, I was a second team All-American my senior year for attack. Additionally, I am top ten in Messiah's program history for goals, assists, and points.
I love seeing their growth in all capacities; mental, physical and personal confidence all directed at enhancing the teams chance of success.
DIII LAX and football and now an avid cross-fit athlete.
I am a Scientist at Scripps and tend to spend a lot of time there or when not doing that Im exercising or boating with the family.

I have been playing lacrosse since 2nd grade. I was a two time all American my junior and senior years of high school. I am currently playing D1 lacrosse at Winthrop University and I am one of the starting 7 attackers in every game since freshman year.

My biggest professional goal is to be a college or high school lacrosse coach but I am also currently studying human nutrition and would like to become a registered dietitian.
