Trey Burlingame

Owner and Director, Trey Burlingame, will be the Head Coach of our 2026 Black Team. Coach Trey comes back to the 2026s after crushing the fall season with our 2027 Black team. In addition to ownership of Lax Maniax, Trey Burlingame brings decades of teaching experience to the club and a passion for the importance of sport-based youth development and teaching life skills through athletics.

Katy Richardson

Director of Operations, Katy Richardson, will be assisting both 2026 Black and 2026 White this fall. In addition to her 13 years with Lax Maniax as a player, intern, coach, and director Katy brings 5 years of collegiate coaching experience to our coaching staff. In addition to her coaching roles, she will be assisting Coach Molster with any on-site recruiting needs at events.

Mike Molster

Recruiting Coordinator, Michael Molster, is joining us again this year in his role helping educate and guide players and their families as they navigate the college recruiting process. In addition to his outstanding coaching resume as an NCAA DI coach, Coach Molster currently serves as the Head of England women’s lacrosse.

Rick "Tillo" Tillotson

Lax Maniax Naples Regional Director, Richard Tillotson will be taking over as the Head Coach of our 2026 White team this fall. Coach Tillo has been a part of LaxManiax for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience not only at the high school and club level but also internationally with his involvement at a variety of levels with Team Australia’s men’s program.

Amanda Lens

Panhandle Regional Director, Amanda Lens, will be the Head Coach of our 2027 Black Team. Coach Amanda returns to back to the 2027s after a phenomenal fall season with the team. In addition to her participation in Lax Maniax, Coach Amanda is a professional coach who specializes in strength and conditioning for female athletes. She is passionate about helping female athletes build strength and confidence on and off the field.

Brett Van Alstyne

Coach Van will be assisting Coach Amanda this year after a standout fall coaching 2026 Black. Brett VanAlstyne brings over twenty years of girls lacrosse coaching in South Florida to Lax Maniax. Along with his coaching expertise, Coach Van has the goal to give athletes the tools to overcome adversity in the pursuit of their goals. One of his favorite coaching phrases is, “The churn comes for everyone.”
